Galway is host to Babora Children's Festival, Galway Comedy Festival the famous Galway Film Fleadh and a literary festival Cuirt which takes place in April. The Galway Christmas Market in Eyre Square has become a major event bringing visitors to Galway for festive cheer and shopping in November and December. Galway is a fantastic destination with loads to see and do right throughout the year and located right on the Wild Atlantic Way, there is fantastic tourism hotspots right on our our doorstep including Connemara, the Burren and the Aran Islands.
